She previously served as the MD/CEO of Afriland Properties Ltd., where she was instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expanding its property portfolio.

Her career began at United Bank for Africa Plc, one of Africa’s leading financial institutions, where she honed her skills in banking and finance.

She further enhanced her expertise at Accenture UK, a global consulting firm, gaining valuable experience in business strategy and management.

Mrs. Oshogwe’s academic credentials are equally impressive. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Ambrose Alli University in Edo State, Nigeria, and a Master of Science in Information Systems Design from the University of Westminster, London.

She also earned a professional certificate in Real Estate Management from Harvard Business School, USA, underscoring her commitment to continuous professional development.

In addition to her formal education, Mrs. Oshogwe has completed advanced management programs at Lagos Business School and IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, equipping her with a global perspective on business leadership.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
