Ifeoma Nwobu, co-founder and chief operating officer of Sendstack, has left the company, marking another significant change at the Norrsken-backed logistics startup.
This departure comes as Sendstack sets its sights on reaching $1 million in revenue by 2025, a four-fold increase from its earnings over the past three years.
Nwobu’s exit leaves Emeka Mba-Kalu, Sendstack’s CEO, as the sole leader of the approximately 5-person team. Her departure follows a series of pivots at the company, including the shutdown of its last-mile delivery aggregator, DLVR, and a shift from a software-only model to integrating AirTag-like trackers.
Nwobu played a crucial role in Sendstack’s operations, sales, and public image. She was a key representative of the company at pitch and demo events, including a viral 2023 pitch at a Norrsken demo day.
The reasons behind Nwobu’s exit remain unclear, as both she and Mba-Kalu declined to comment on the circumstances surrounding her departure. Sendstack has raised $350,000 from investors, including Norrsken, ODX, and angel investors.
