Realtors Bootcamp 2025: Lagos Hosts Ultimate Real Estate Training Event

Lagos, Nigeria – The stakes in the real estate industry have never been higher, and for professionals looking to dominate the market, knowledge is the key to success.

On March 3, 2025, industry leaders and aspiring realtors converged at Filmhouse, Circle Mall, Jakande-Lekki, Lagos, for the highly anticipated Realtors Bootcamp 2025—a free, intensive training designed to equip real estate professionals with the skills and strategies to excel.

Organized by Empire Homes Realty Ltd. in collaboration with the School of Estate Business, the one-day event featured a power-packed session with some of Nigeria’s most respected real estate experts and business strategists.

Engr. ‘Debo Adejana, Akin Opatola, Steve Harris, and Paul Foh led sessions on negotiation tactics, sales mastery, and market positioning—critical knowledge for realtors looking to stay ahead in a competitive industry.

According to Amb. Munachi Arinze, CEO of Empire Homes Realty Ltd., the bootcamp was a necessary step for realtors who want to transition from simply selling properties to building wealth and leaving a lasting impact.

“There’s a reason top players in this industry keep evolving—they never stop learning. Realtors Bootcamp 2025 was not just another seminar, but a wake-up call for realtors who want to be among the best. We brought in the heavyweights because we know that the right knowledge changes everything,” she said.

With real estate playing a pivotal role in Nigeria’s economy, the School of Estate Business has been instrumental in training and developing successful professionals.

The institution, known for its practical and theoretical approach, has trained some of the biggest names in the industry and remains a leader in real estate education.

“There is no one of worth in this industry that wasn’t trained by the School of Estate,” Munachi added. “This was a rare opportunity to learn from the very best, and it was completely free.”

The event was designed for intermediate-level realtors, meaning attendees should already have some industry experience but are looking to refine their skills and gain certification from the prestigious School of Estate Business.

The training focused on negotiation, client acquisition, market dominance, and long-term financial growth. With registration mandatory, interested participants secured their spots in advance.

The bootcamp wasn’t just about learning—it was about networking, mentorship, and positioning oneself for greater success in 2025 and beyond.

In Munachi’s words, “This industry rewards those who are prepared. If you’re serious about real estate, you can’t afford to miss this.”
