Her commitment to women’s advancement, however, extends beyond financial empowerment.
Through The Prepared Women Global Institute and The Prepared Girls Academy, Nihinlola has developed initiatives centred on preparing women and girls through personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship, purpose discovery and practical life skills.
She has also taken her interest in knowledge creation into publishing. As a published author and Founder of ILEAN Publishing Hub, she helps aspiring authors turn their ideas and expertise into published books.
