At 28, Imane Boussrif is building a career around an idea that extends beyond traditional marketing & public relations: African luxury already has stories capable of travelling globally, but stronger connections between brands, cultures and markets can help those stories reach further.
The Moroccan entrepreneur and luxury communications strategist is the Founder and CEO of PR AMPLIFY, a boutique PR, communications and strategic consultancy agency working across Africa, MENA and international markets. Founded in 2024, the agency brings together public relations, strategic consultancy, influence, partnerships, events and marketing to support brands seeking stronger positioning and connections across markets.
Imane’s perspective has been shaped across different cities and industries. From Paris to Doha and eventually back to Morocco, her journey combines European academic foundations, Gulf luxury experience and an understanding of the cultural and commercial dynamics influencing brands across MENA and Africa.
“Africa does not need to borrow the language of luxury. Its heritage, creativity and vision already speak to the world. The opportunity lies in creating the bridges that allow these stories to travel further, connect with new audiences and shape the global conversation around luxury,” she says.
For Imane Boussrif, creating those bridges has become central to what she is building.

Imane Boussrif From Paris to Doha and Morocco
Imane’s journey began in Paris, where she studied Law and Political Science at the Sorbonne. That academic foundation exposed her to institutions, international affairs, negotiation and the dynamics that influence societies and markets.
She later pursued International Hospitality Management, moving closer to the worlds of hospitality, luxury and international brand experience.
Her professional journey then took her to Doha, Qatar, where she entered luxury hospitality and became part of the pre-opening team of the first Waldorf Astoria in Qatar. She also worked on the opening of the region’s first Mattel-branded themed suites, experiences that exposed her to marketing, partnerships, brand experience and the expectations surrounding international luxury hospitality.
Doha became particularly important to her development as a luxury communications strategist. It provided first-hand experience of how international luxury concepts operate in the Gulf and how global brands can maintain their identities while communicating effectively with regional audiences.
She eventually returned to Morocco, bringing together her European education, Gulf experience and Moroccan roots to build PR AMPLIFY from Africa with an international outlook.
Building PR AMPLIFY Beyond Visibility
PR AMPLIFY was founded in 2024 and has developed around a model that goes beyond securing media exposure. Its work encompasses communications strategy, brand positioning, market entry, media relations, influencer management, strategic partnerships, events, content and business development. Dunes Magazine has similarly described the agency as operating between Gulf and North African markets, with work spanning luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion and beauty.
The philosophy behind the business is straightforward: understand the business before communicating the brand.
As a luxury communications strategist, Imane advises businesses on where they currently stand, where they want to go and how their communication can support that journey. Positioning, regional intelligence, relationships and execution consequently become interconnected parts of the process.
Her portfolio extends across luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty, jewellery and lifestyle, while PR AMPLIFY’s wider work connects African, Gulf and international brands and networks.
That cross-market reach is significant to Imane because the objective is not simply to make a brand visible. It is to help businesses establish relevant relationships and position themselves appropriately for the markets in which they want to operate.

Imane Boussrif Connecting MENA and African Luxury
One of the defining aspects of Imane’s work is the bridge between MENA and Africa.
Morocco gives her a base within North Africa, while her experience in Qatar provides another perspective on the Gulf’s established luxury ecosystem. Together, those experiences inform how she approaches media, influencers, hospitality, entrepreneurs, luxury networks, international businesses and strategic partnerships across markets.
The relationship between these regions is also central to her view of African luxury.
Rather than approaching luxury as a language Africa needs to import, Imane sees heritage, craftsmanship, creativity and cultural identity as assets capable of contributing to international luxury conversations.
Her role in that process is increasingly public. In June 2026, Imane participated in a panel at the 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit in Marrakech, where her contribution focused on strategic communication and reputation in the digital age. The wider discussion examined how Africa’s image and narratives can be approached as strategic assets.
For a luxury communications strategist working between regions, this raises a larger question: how can African businesses expand internationally without losing the identity that makes them distinctive?
Imane’s answer is rooted in connections rather than imitation.

Taking African Luxury Into Global Conversations
That perspective has become increasingly visible beyond PR AMPLIFY itself.
Recent profiles in Gulf Magazine and Dunes Magazine have documented Imane’s journey and the agency’s development. Gulf Magazine highlighted her transition across law, marketing, luxury hospitality and entrepreneurship, as well as PR AMPLIFY’s ambition to strengthen the international positioning of MENA and African brands.
The story is therefore becoming larger than the development of one communications agency.
At 28, Imane Boussrif is building at the intersection of markets that have historically been discussed separately: Africa and the Gulf, regional heritage and international luxury, local knowledge and global ambition.
Her work as a luxury communications strategist reflects the growing importance of understanding not only how brands communicate, but how reputation, relationships and cultural relevance change as businesses cross borders.
For African luxury brands in particular, international expansion does not have to mean replacing their identities with established global definitions of prestige. Their heritage, craftsmanship and creativity can become part of what makes them internationally distinctive.
Through PR AMPLIFY, Imane Boussrif is positioning herself within that movement, connecting businesses and networks across MENA, Africa and international markets while creating pathways for regional stories to travel further.
And that may ultimately be the most important part of her vision for African luxury: not simply gaining global visibility, but ensuring that African brands enter global conversations with their own identities, stories and perspectives intact.
