Nairametrics According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, siblings Jim Walton, Rob Walton and Alice Walton now rank as the 8th, 9th and 10th richest people worldwide, with a combined estimated net worth of US $465.8 billion.
Their climb reflects a sustained rally in Walmart Inc. shares and renewed investor confidence in the retailer’s growth strategy.

In contrast, Jensen Huang, co-founder and CEO of Nvidia Corp., has slipped out of the top 10, falling to 11th place on the global ranking. His estimated net worth is now approximately US $151.4 billion after losing about US $8 billion since late January amid pressure on Nvidia’s share price.
Broader tech sector volatility and concerns around rising costs and uncertain near-term returns in AI development have weighed on Nvidia stock.
Huang’s exit from the top 10 follows weeks of market rotation away from high-growth technology stocks toward more traditional consumer and retail sectors.
