With a career spanning engineering, management consulting, and large scale transformation, he is recognised as one of the emerging voices shaping industrial modernisation and sustainable economic growth globally.

He began his career with Weir Minerals, a 2.5 billion dollar global mining equipment manufacturer, where he developed hands on expertise in engineering systems, industrial processes, and mining operations.

In parallel, he spent eight years scaling Brandzone from a communications start up into a multi functional organisation, improving team productivity by 30 percent, a testament to his entrepreneurial discipline and operational leadership.

Kwabena holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he served as President of the Africa Business Club and led the prestigious Columbia Africa Conference, engaging high impact leaders including MTN Group CEO Ralph Mupita, economist Jeffrey Sachs, and UN Deputy Secretary General Amina J. Mohammed.

He is currently with McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 organisations and global industrial clients on strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

His contributions further extend into thought leadership, influencing board level conversations through a bestselling publication on AI driven transformation and co authoring a five year growth strategy projected to increase shareholder value by 20 percent for a major payments institution.

Across all engagements, Kwabena brings a rare synthesis of engineering precision, analytical depth, and cross cultural leadership. His work has consistently informed executive decision making and delivered measurable industrial, operational, and technological impact across continents.

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MSc in Engineering Project Management from Coventry University, and an MBA from Columbia University.
