Chinoso’s vision extends beyond Sabi Writers. He has a 10-year plan to create at least 1,000 jobs for young Africans, having already achieved six years of progress with 52 employees. His leadership has built a formidable team of professionals, making Sabi Writers one of the fun places to work.

He is also the founder of BookSpider, a full-service publishing company for African authors, and has invested in Sisi Manager, an admin support solution company. Additionally, he founded Microstart, a private equity company for born-in-Africa businesses.
