WomenTech Network announced the winners for the Women in Tech Global Awards 2024, celebrating over 140,000 women, minorities, and allies in tech.
Lagos, Nigeria – January 2025 – Ayobola Adedayo has been recognized as a winner at the largest virtual awards celebration in technology for women, minorities, and their allies, the Women in Tech Global Awards 2024 by WomenTech Network. This recognition comes from the world’s largest community for women in tech, which includes more than 9,500 ambassadors across 179 countries.

The awards showcased the global impact of women in technology, with 1,560 contestants from 128 countries competing in 21 categories. Ayobola Adedayo won Bronze in the Product Leader of the Year category and was also honored as a Community Award Local Winner for Nigeria for her outstanding contributions to the technology industry.

A visionary digital transformation leader with over 16 years of experience across telecoms, fintech, FMCG, and more, Ayobola holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and an honorary doctorate recognizing her contributions to the tech industry. Her career highlights include driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic innovation across industries.
She has led transformative initiatives such as developing AI-driven solutions that reduced processing times and costs, launching groundbreaking products, and delivering significant business growth
Her AI projects have earned global recognition, including acceptance into the prestigious NVIDIA Inception Program.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ayobola is a published author, an advocate for women in STEM, and a mentor at initiatives like Springboard USA and the Boston Product Management Mentorship program. She has also served as an advisory member for Harvard Business Review and spoken at international forums like the International Labour Organization and the MISK Global Forum.
