Peter Mwansa: Zambia’s Creative CEO Redefining Fashion, Culture & Digital Influence

When you think of young African leaders reshaping culture and business, Peter Mwansa stands out, bold, stylish, and visionary.

Widely known as Peter MyLife, he is a Zambian fashion designer, content creator, and entrepreneur using creativity and digital influence to place Zambia’s fashion scene on the global map.

Born on August 15, 1992, in Luanshya, Zambia, Peter grew up in a family of six children and discovered his love for fashion early, inspired by his mother’s style and resourcefulness.

He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from Mulungushi University, but when opportunities in his field were limited, he chose a different path, one led by passion, creativity, and self-belief.

In 2014, Peter began sharing his personal style and lifestyle online under the name PeterMyLife. What started as simple outfit posts quickly evolved into a powerful digital brand.

His consistency, authenticity, and sharp fashion sense earned him recognition as one of Zambia’s leading fashion influencers, attracting a growing and engaged audience.

Determined to turn influence into enterprise, Peter launched House of PML in 2019, a fashion and design house specializing in luxury bespoke clothing and styling services for both men and women.

From tailored suits to custom outfits for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, House of PML is known for elegance, detail, and individuality.

Peter’s designs blend modern trends with timeless sophistication, and his work has been worn by prominent Zambian creatives, artists, and professionals.

At the core of his design philosophy is self-expression, helping clients feel confident, bold, and unforgettable in what they wear.

Beyond fashion, Peter’s impact is amplified through digital influence. With a strong social media presence, he uses his platform to inspire young Africans to embrace creativity, build personal brands, and pursue entrepreneurship in the digital age. His journey reflects what’s possible when talent meets discipline and vision.

As a CEO under 40, Peter Mwansa represents a new generation of African leaders, innovative, fearless, and globally minded.

He is not just building a fashion brand; he is shaping Zambia’s creative identity and proving that African fashion belongs on the world stage.

Peter Mwansa’s story is one of reinvention, resilience, and ambition,  a reminder that with clarity of vision and courage to start, young Africans can build brands that travel far beyond borders.
