Nigerian music couple Simi and Adekunle Gold have welcomed their second child, expanding their family to four.The announcement was made on April 1, 2026, after Simi shared the news via her Instagram page, posting maternity photos alongside her husband.
In the post, she wrote: “+1, 3.10.26, God bless my little family #mommyof2,” confirming the baby’s arrival. Reports indicate the child was born on March 10, 2026, though the couple only publicly revealed the news weeks later.
The couple, who got married in 2019, had earlier hinted at the pregnancy in Adekunle Gold’s 2025 music video, where Simi’s baby bump was visible.
This marks their second child together, following the birth of their first daughter, Adejare, in 2020.
Following the announcement, fans and celebrities flooded social media with congratulatory messages, celebrating the singers’ growing family.
