Nigerian rapper and actor Falz has responded to a fan who advised him to settle down and get married like other celebrities, delivering a blunt but humorous reply that has since drawn attention online.
The incident began after the fan sent a message urging the entertainer to consider marriage. Falz reposted the message on his Instagram story, making his response public.
Reacting, the rapper dismissed any offence, stating that he understood the mindset behind such advice, given how strongly marriage is valued in Nigerian society. However, he made it clear that his personal life remains his own decision.
In his words, he said: “It’s not your fault, I am the one who chose to be an entertainer, that means my life is your entertainment.” He added jokingly that he might carry out a “quick matrimonial experiment” just to satisfy public curiosity.
