Dr. Israel Adekunle Ibraheem, a real estate maestro, has carved a unique space for himself.

As the founder and CEO of Evermark Group, a leading real estate company in Nigeria, Dr. Ibraheem has reshaped the landscape with over 3,000 homes built and more than 10,000 jobs created.

But his vision goes beyond business—his commitment to community development and social change through his AIF Foundation speaks volumes about his leadership philosophy.

In this exclusive interview, Dr. Ibraheem shares his journey, the ethos behind Evermark, and how he’s using real estate to transform lives.

CA: Dr. Ibraheem, you’ve achieved so much in the real estate sector. Can you share with us the driving force behind your success?

Dr. Ibraheem: I’ve always believed that real estate is about more than just buildings; it’s about creating lasting communities.

What drives me is the opportunity to make a tangible impact—whether it’s through the homes we build or the jobs we create.

Evermark started with a vision to not only provide quality homes but also foster environments that promote family growth, security, and prosperity.

It’s about offering people more than just a place to live; it’s about improving their lives in every way possible. That vision has been my driving force.

CA: Evermark Homes & Properties has grown remarkably since its inception in 2019. What do you think has contributed to this rapid success?

Dr. Ibraheem: A huge part of our success comes from our commitment to excellence and innovation. We don’t just build homes; we build dreams.

Each of our projects is designed with precision, focusing on sustainability and community well-being.

Our team is also key to our growth—we invest in skilled professionals and leverage cutting-edge technology to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.

Additionally, we prioritize our clients’ satisfaction and make sure we deliver on promises. Word of mouth and trust have played a significant role in our success.

CA: Speaking of projects, Evermark has been involved in several significant developments. Could you tell us more about some of your notable projects?

Dr. Ibraheem: Absolutely! Some of our flagship projects include Sky Berry Estate in Ibeju Lekki, Sky City Estate in Epe, and Beach View Estate in Ibeju Lekki.

These estates have not only provided high-quality homes but have also set new standards for real estate developments in Nigeria.

Our estates are carefully planned to ensure they meet the modern needs of families while creating vibrant communities.

We’re also working on De Castle Estate in Awoyaya, Chevy Castle Estate in Chevron Lekki, and Evermark City Estate in Osogbo, Osun State.

Each of these projects is a testament to our commitment to quality and sustainable urban living.

CA: Your educational and professional background is quite diverse, from economics to project management. How have these disciplines shaped your approach to real estate?

Dr. Ibraheem: My background in economics and project management has been instrumental in my success in real estate.

Economics gives me the financial insight to understand market trends and property value, while project management allows me to execute ideas efficiently.

These skills combined with my passion for real estate have enabled me to lead Evermark Group in a way that blends strategic business decisions with innovative solutions.

The foundation of any successful real estate project is solid planning and execution, and my education has given me the tools to ensure we always deliver on our promises.

CA: Beyond real estate, your philanthropic efforts through the AIF Foundation are noteworthy. Can you tell us about the foundation and its initiatives?

Dr. Ibraheem: The AIF Foundation is very close to my heart. Our mission is to empower individuals, especially youth, in underserved communities.

We focus on education, healthcare, and socio-economic empowerment. We provide scholarships to aspiring entrepreneurs, support healthcare clinics in rural areas, and help create job opportunities.

I believe that real success is not just about financial achievement—it’s about giving back to society and creating a lasting positive impact.

The foundation’s work in education and healthcare has been particularly rewarding, as it’s directly improving lives and shaping the future of our communities.

CA: You’ve received numerous awards, including the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award and the 100 under-30 Vibrant CEO Recognition. What do these accolades mean to you?

Dr. Ibraheem: These awards are a reflection of the hard work and dedication of everyone at Evermark and the AIF Foundation.

They serve as a reminder that when you lead with integrity, focus, and compassion, your efforts are recognized. However, what truly drives me is the impact we’re making on the ground.

Awards are great, but seeing families live in homes we’ve built, or young entrepreneurs succeed because of our support, is the real reward.

CA: Looking ahead, what is next for you and Evermark Group?

Dr. Ibraheem: We’re looking to expand our impact even further. Evermark is committed to developing more sustainable communities and exploring new technologies to improve our building processes.

We also plan to reach more people through the AIF Foundation, particularly in the areas of education and healthcare.

I believe there’s still so much to be done, and I’m excited about what the future holds—both for Evermark and the communities we serve.

CA: Finally, what advice would you give to young entrepreneurs looking to make a mark in the real estate sector?

Dr. Ibraheem: My advice would be to stay focused on your vision, be persistent, and always lead with integrity.

The real estate industry can be challenging, but with the right mindset and commitment to excellence, you can overcome any obstacles.

Don’t forget the importance of community—building with the people in mind will always ensure your success. Keep learning, stay adaptable, and never lose sight of the bigger picture.

Dr. Israel Adekunle Ibraheem continues to lead Evermark Group with a commitment to excellence, community, and innovation. Through his work in real estate and philanthropy, he is shaping the future of urban living in Nigeria and beyond.
