Ayodeji James Ibitoye, also known as “The Fixer,” is a seasoned marketing consultant, digital marketing expert, and real estate strategist with over a decade of experience.
He has earned a reputation for transforming businesses and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven solutions.

In this interview, Ayodeji discusses his journey, the challenges businesses face today, and the importance of a well-crafted marketing strategy.
CA: Ayodeji, you’ve earned the title “The Fixer” due to your ability to solve complex business problems. How did you come to be known by that name?
Ayodeji: The name “The Fixer” reflects how I approach business challenges. I’m someone who looks at a problem, breaks it down, and finds a solution that drives real results.
It started as a personal belief—whatever the problem, I could fix it—and over time, it became something my clients began calling me. It’s both humbling and motivating, as it pushes me to find innovative, actionable solutions to each business challenge I face.
CA: You founded Fixer Hub Limited, a marketing agency with offices in both Lagos and Bristol. What inspired you to start this agency, and how has it evolved?
Ayodeji: Fixer Hub was born out of my desire to help businesses leverage digital marketing for growth. While working with businesses across different sectors, I saw many struggling to make data-driven decisions.
I wanted to create a space where businesses could get clear, actionable marketing strategies to succeed. We’ve grown significantly since our founding.
Our expansion to the UK has allowed us to work with clients internationally, and our ability to combine creativity with data has helped us build strong relationships and deliver results.
CA: Your agency specializes in digital marketing, performance advertising, and brand strategy. Can you explain your approach to performance marketing and why it’s crucial for today’s businesses?
Ayodeji: Performance marketing is about driving measurable results. We create campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram that are both creative and effective.
By continuously testing and optimizing, we ensure that our clients get the best possible return on investment. In today’s competitive market, performance marketing is essential for any business that wants to stay ahead. It’s not just about visibility—it’s about achieving tangible results that contribute to growth.
CA: You’ve worked with both local and international clients. How do you tailor your strategies to different markets?
Ayodeji: Each market has its own unique dynamics. For local clients in Nigeria, I focus on cultural relevance and understanding consumer behavior.
For international clients, it’s about aligning global strategies with local trends and market demands. What’s common across both is the importance of understanding the audience and crafting strategies that resonate with them. I combine local insights with global best practices to create campaigns that deliver real value.
CA: You’re also an advisor in Nigeria’s real estate market. How does your expertise in real estate complement your work in digital marketing?
Ayodeji: Real estate and digital marketing intersect in many ways. My real estate consulting focuses on advising clients on the best investment opportunities, property management, and market trends in Nigeria.
Digital marketing plays a role in helping real estate businesses connect with their target audience, whether that’s through paid advertising or content marketing.
By understanding both industries, I can help clients optimize their marketing efforts and real estate investments for maximum returns.
CA: You recently won the award for Best Public Relations Strategist at Gahawards. What does this recognition mean to you?
Ayodeji: Winning the award was a great honor. PR is a powerful tool in shaping brand image and building trust with consumers. It’s an essential part of any business strategy.
This recognition affirms the importance of PR in connecting businesses with their audience, especially in today’s digital age where perception can make or break a brand. I’m proud that our efforts to craft authentic and effective PR strategies have been recognized.
CA: Finally, what advice would you give to startups or small businesses navigating the digital landscape?
Ayodeji: My advice is simple: Stay authentic and focus on building strong relationships with your customers. Digital marketing is vast, so it’s important to test strategies, track results, and adapt quickly. For small businesses, start small and scale as you learn.
Building a solid brand identity, being consistent, and using data to guide decisions will set you up for success in the long run. Success doesn’t happen overnight, but with persistence, any business can thrive in today’s digital world.
