As the Executive Director of Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) Organization, Dr. Francis has been instrumental in empowering entrepreneurs and stimulating economic growth.
Her work with A.Y.E has supported and showcased thousands of new entrepreneurs across Africa, providing grants to boost innovative businesses and ideas.
