Originally from South Africa, Simangele has built her career at the intersection of technology, people development, and business growth. With over two decades of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, she has held leadership, sales, and account management roles at major organizations including Microsoft, MTN, and Dimension Data, gaining experience in ICT, corporate sales, account management, and business development.
Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Applied Psychology from the University of South Africa, along with qualifications in teaching, coaching, and marketing, an educational foundation that complements her work in leadership development and human capital innovation.
In 2016, she co-founded eJoobi to address inefficiencies in traditional recruitment systems and reduce barriers that make job searching and hiring unnecessarily difficult.
The platform provides employers with an end-to-end recruitment solution where they can post vacancies, receive applications, review candidate profiles, track hiring progress, and communicate with applicants, all within one streamlined system.
What makes eJoobi especially impactful is its focus on accessibility and efficiency. The platform is designed to help reduce hiring friction while making recruitment more inclusive for candidates who may face challenges such as high job-search costs or limited internet access.
Beyond recruitment, Simangele has also co-founded ventures in education and workforce development. In 2014, she co-founded eThuta, an educational support platform focused on improving learning outcomes through interactive courses, tutoring, and skills development resources.
Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Simangele brings more than 15 years of experience as a certified coach, speaker, and facilitator. Through coaching, workshops, and consulting, she has helped individuals and organizations align their vision with measurable goals and personal development strategies.
