IoT West Africa 2026 will begin in four days in Lagos, bringing together thousands of professionals for one of Africa’s most important technology and infrastructure events.
The three-day event will take place from April 28 to 30 at the Landmark Centre in Victoria Island, with free registration open to visitors.
Recognised as Africa’s longest-running tech and digital infrastructure event, IoT West Africa will run alongside Data Center & Cloud Expo Africa and Power & Water Nigeria, creating a single platform where key conversations around technology and energy come together.
The event will focus on the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data centres, and digital energy solutions, technologies that are shaping how businesses and governments operate across the region.
This year’s theme, “Powering Nigeria’s 2030 Vision: Building Intelligent Infrastructure with Digital Transformation,” reflects the current reality in Nigeria and across West Africa.
As the region’s largest economy, Nigeria is making critical decisions around digital infrastructure, energy systems, and connectivity. Industry experts say these decisions will define economic growth and competitiveness over the next decade, making IoT West Africa increasingly important.
The conference will feature keynote sessions, panel discussions, and live exhibitions focused on real-world challenges such as energy efficiency, data capacity, smart infrastructure, and digital adoption.
Companies including itel Energy will be present on the exhibition floor, giving attendees direct access to the technologies and solutions being discussed.
Participants are expected from sectors including energy, banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, government, e-commerce, and transportation.
The event brings together engineers, investors, policymakers, founders, and business leaders, offering a rare opportunity to connect with decision-makers and explore partnerships within a short period.
With growing demand for digital infrastructure and smarter energy systems across Africa, IoT West Africa 2026 is expected to serve as a key meeting point for those shaping the region’s future.
Organisers say the goal is to move beyond discussion and drive real collaboration, investment, and implementation. The countdown is on, and Lagos is where the future of Africa’s digital economy takes center stage.
