Pressdia has partnered with the Ibadan Creators Summit 2026 as a media partner, supporting efforts to expand awareness of the event and bring greater attention to Ibadan’s growing creator community.
The summit will hold on September 5, 2026, at 3–5 Harvesters Drive, Ring Road, Ibadan, from 9:00 a.m. With the theme “Build. Monetize. Scale.”, the event is positioned as the biggest creator gathering in Ibadan.
The partnership will see Pressdia support media visibility around the summit, extending its reach beyond the physical gathering and bringing wider attention to the conversations and people driving the event.
Tobi Akanni, a representative of Pressdia, said the decision to partner with the summit was driven by its practical focus on creator development.
“We partnered with the Ibadan Creators Summit because its focus on practical growth and creator development aligns with what we value at Pressdia,” Akanni said.
Don’t Miss This:
Pressdia is a media visibility and press distribution platform that works with brands, businesses, professionals and organisations to strengthen how their stories reach relevant audiences through digital media.
Its involvement in the Ibadan Creators Summit places that experience behind an event focused on a creator community that has received limited attention within wider conversations around Nigeria’s creative economy.
Despite the growing number of people building audiences and businesses from Ibadan, there remains limited city-level data showing the scale of the local creator ecosystem. The summit is seeking to address part of that gap by bringing creators together and drawing attention to the work already happening across the city.
Convened by Amb. Dr Adesola Adeyemi, Founder of BizLift, the event is designed to give creators access to practical knowledge that can support the commercial growth of their skills and careers.
Speakers expected at the summit include Salem King, Stella Matthew, Balogun Danjuma, Tessy Olotta, Kemi Deborah, Hon. Seyi Adisa, Ajoke Lasisi and Victoria Ajiboye, among others.
The first edition has also been made free to attend, widening access for emerging creators who may otherwise be unable to participate in a gathering of this scale.
For Pressdia, the partnership also provides an opportunity to ensure that the value created at the summit reaches people beyond those present at the venue.
“Our role is to amplify the summit and extend the reach of its impact through the media,” Akanni added.
As the Ibadan Creators Summit prepares for its first edition, the partnership with Pressdia strengthens the event’s ability to reach a wider audience while bringing more attention to the creative talent and opportunities developing within Ibadan.
